By registering as a user of the Salestrip Application, you the user, agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not AGREE, You may cancel your registration and stop using the application. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, your enter into a binding legal agreement with Appstean Infotech. This Agreement, as amended from time to time, will remain binding on you for as long as you use the services.

By accessing any part of the Salestrip, the user agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

This agreement describes the terms governing the user’s use of the Salestrip and related services provided to the user on this website, including content, updates and new releases, (collectively, the “Services”). It includes by reference, Salestrip Privacy Statement available on this website or provided to the user in writing for the Services the user selected.

Subject to your payment of applicable subscription/license fees, and you and your users continued compliance with these terms and conditions, Salestrip grants you and your users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to use the application.

This license does not entitle you to license, sell, rent or otherwise transfer your rights under this agreement to any person other than authorized Users.

The permitted number of users of the application will depend on the subscription/license package you have chosen. You may not allow unauthorized additional users to use the application. You may not share user accounts between multiple users.

Salestrip will charge you additional subscription fees for each additional user that uses the application.

The permitted number of devices each user may use to access the application will depend on the subscription package you have chosen.

After the trial period expires, the trial account may be terminated. The User may then continue to a paid account. To be very clear, after using the Services during the trial period, if user(s) decide not to purchase the full version of the Services, they will not be able to access or retrieve any of the data they added/created during the trial. The User will only be uploading trial data on system and will not use system for organizing the data. We reserve the right to terminate the trial offering at any time at our sole discretion.

When using the application, users will not:

Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any servers used to host the application and/or which otherwise impairs the functionality of the application for other users.

Use any device or computer program which is designed primarily to overcome security measures used by the application to protect data or use any username or password without authority to unlawfully access and use the application and/or to interfere with any data associated with the application.

Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display the underlying software, databases or code for the application, unless you have our prior written permission.

Impersonate any other person or use a false or unauthorized username or password to create a false identity and/or e-mail address or to misrepresent the origin or identity of any communications.

Make available or upload content onto the application which is not owned or licensed to you or which you do not have permission to use.

Make use of the application to collect, harvest or otherwise obtain personal information relating to other users.

Make use of the application to send any form of unsolicited commercial communications to third parties.

The permitted amount of product data and customer data that user can upload to the application will depend on the subscription package that they have chosen.

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any user further access or use of the application and will give a limited time period (3 days) to download/export user’s data.

Salestrip is available exclusively as a paid services. Subscription/license fees will be paid according to the agreed rates while starting service.

Please note that agreed rates are applicable as per mutually decided with the user for the specific period of time and we reserve rights to change rates while contract renewal however for any change in rates we will give you 3 Months intimation of revised rates.

We use cheques, DD, wire transfer to receive payments.

Appstean Infotech, being the sole provider of the Salestrip service, is responsible for offering customer service to its users. Salestrip customers may contact customer support at any time and will be responded to during office hours (09h30 to 18h00 GMT+5.30) except holiday and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

Our support services predominantly serve the following needs:

Correction of mistakes made during the installation of the program’s equipment of the provider.

Assistance with applications that are part of the Salestrip via e-mail (the address of the user support) and/or by telephone.

In the unlikely scenario that a user spots any bugs or other kinds of errors in the system, they can report immediately such finding to the Customer Support team.

The latter in turn commits itself to fix any bugs and correct any errors in the shortest amount of time possible. Salestrip shall not bear responsibility for any damage a user might incur as a result of these inconveniences.

we may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
